July 25, 200718 yr I've noticed this for a long time on head-fi but the last 5 or so threads in this topic have really driven it home. what games are you playing?, Post what you're watching, What are you EATING right now?, book-buying compulsion, Post the last thing you bought!, and What are you reading now? These are all grade A compulsions to disassociate from our emotions on top of our big obsessive compulsive disorder, audiophilia. So to make a long story short, tell us how baddly you were abused as a child.

Maybe things like: my mom used to always make the same thing for dinner (or same few things); used to always let me play the same games -- so maybe she just encouraged sameness. And I think you meant Head-Case, not Head-Fi, FTL.

And I think you meant Head-Case, not Head-Fi, FTL. No, I meant head-fi. I've noticed that there are way more obsesive compulsive people over at head-fi than here. Just look at the for sale forums. What I like about headcase is that the fastest moving thread is "what are you listening to right now".
