Think I finally found my power conditioning solution: http://www.tripplite.com/products/product.cfm?productID=3204

For anyone interested I found another similar option to the above Tripplite UPS.

http://www.opti-ups.com/ups_detail.phtml?product_id=69

Appears to be pretty similiar to the tripplite unit but has more power for less money...
