you forgot the hand wound transformer !!

My ignorance but I'm curious what's the purpose of C14, C15 and R11 at the output of the power amp in this configuration? 

keeps any dc out of the transformers. even small amounts of dc would saturate the transformers real quick.

mikhail used the same circuit on the square wave instead of using a servo.

Got a pbc made from the schematic.  Played around with R1=120-ohm to get a good-enough sinusoidal wave; adjusting R2 and R3 to 10K to get 76kHz wave.  Hand-wounded trafo, not pretty but does the job...
