I doubt he'll see this, but back in the early headphone days, especially in the Bay Area, Whitney was a regular. I know plenty remember him from those early meets. Great guy and always incredible music suggestions. After peeling off, he reshowed in my world from this Stanford Medicine article - The Puzzle Solver. With today's HC birthday reminder I looked up his web site and see he's posted a few recent videos to his YouTube channel. He has had a very tough time with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, also called Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS). Saying happy birthday Whitney, but also bringing those who were not aware up-to-date.

That is really sad to hear and see! Whitney is a great guy and I still think of him when I listen to Iron & Wine and other music he introduced me to.
