Pfft... other things are clearly superior to some things.
Hey! Take that back! I have anecdotal evidence that some things are better than other things!
-
I don't... see a difficulty setting anywhere. Only settings to prevent the world going into hardmode, or restricting what kind of player could join. (softcore vs mediumcore etc.)
-
Doh. I'll never figure out why that didn't connect.

Does TOGTE stands for The One Gilmore To End (It all)?

wasn't that the guys who damaged somebody's HE60 and HEV70 with their aftermarket PSU?
-
Yep, they do. The 490V reading is still slightly above my stated off load spec, but it might be because your mains output is slightly higher. Sometimes my mains outputs as much as 124VAC when it is suppose to be 117VAC.

You measured it unloaded, right? Voltage should drop once you load it with the power supply and amp.

ops. Nice catch. This is a bug in the script I used to generate the BOM.

It makes it so you can use a really nice linear regulated supply for the lme 49830 and an unregulated supply on the output. So you don't have to have a massive regulated ps if you want to power speakers.
Ahh, I see. Got it.

I see. I thought you could increase the voltage in the second stage for some reason...
-
what kind of output voltage could you achieve with dual power supplies?

Happy Birthday!

Aw no you didn't! What's the size of the sinks you're using? are you planning on using standoffs at the bottom?

Have a good one!

Why did they put Palin's face on the phone?

Still trying to offload my HE-5. Hifiman headphone value does not hold well.

You guys just gave me some good reasons not to post any FPE files.

Could somebody help me buy this, or suggest a similar alternative? I'd like a good-enough quality, but easy to use stereo ADC interface. The roland UA-1G seems to fit in, because it could record 24bit/96kHz audio for less than 100 dollars.
Thanks!
The goal is to measure a room's impulse response.

Well, apparently...
C'mon man, Almost everything is laid out for you in the BOM. All the information is in this thread. We are not going to do everything for you.
Tube preamp suggestions?

You could always get the 2 channel version.
