May 1, 201214 yr Head-Case DIY'ers, I've got a quick question on wiring for neatness. What is a recommended method for tying two 18awg cables from a transformer into one quick connect terminal? Should it be a short piece of 18awg cable soldered to both at one end, adding heat shrink over the junction? Thanks, bperboy
May 1, 201214 yr Using a quick connect terminal that allows for 2x18AWG wire diameter input, Really, that's the best way.
May 1, 201214 yr You can also get piggyback or side by side quick connect terminals if you want. Like stuff here: http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/764/=hcgrcp. You then put a connector on each wire from the transformer. I would go with luvdunhill's way though.
