June 16, 200620 yr I dunno, man. Alex knows his digital, but there's just so many reports of loooong delays of communication and product delivery for APL. They need to clean up the huge mess before launching anything IMHO.

June 18, 200620 yr Great, more gear to lust after.... This is definately outside of my budget for the forseeable future but I'm really curious to see how it sounds. I love my APL DV-563a and Todd's APL SACD 1000 sounds outstanding as well so I would assume the new DAC has the same APL magic.

June 18, 200620 yr Author Haha, it won't be that bad. I'd expect the DAC to start shipping in august most likely. The transport won't ship till early next year apparently.
