March 1, 201016 yr comment_330508 I've seen this problem go away after the Touch or iPhone is completely powered down (hold top button until "Slide to power off" appears and then slide) and then rebooted. Have you tried that already? Report

Have you tried that already? Yeah. I have tried everything on the apple website and on youtube. No luck. Someone told me the key giveaway is that the battery will not hold a charge and thus needs to be replaced. Report
March 1, 201016 yr comment_330709 I've replaced the batteries on old iPods, but haven't done it on the iTouch. I know you can take it to places like Batteries Plus and they can also replace the battery for a small charge. Report
