  1. I left Cali at 1100 yesterday and just got home 15 minutes ago. American Airlines suck! Btw the shirts are here and they look very nice! Trav
  2. To stay on subject, I made a shrimp and fish curry tonight. It was worth trying, but I don't think I will use Chilean Sea Bass in this going forward. I think Mahi Mahi may be my favorite so far in this application. Oh, and stumbled across a pic from dinner from a few nights ago. Duck, duck, and more duck.
  3. Pork chops and Brussels sprouts done on the new Weber. Chops were seared 2 minutes each side and then given another 8 minutes on indirect heat. Sprouts were done in cast iron with olive oil, salt and pepper on the side burner. Everything was great. I believe I will like this grill.

Not sure what you're running on it, but if it's a dedicated HTPC I recommend openelec if you're looking to use XBMC. It's fire and forget, with almost none of the awful tweaking I used to associate with XBMC.
  5. Indeed awesome Shelly. I second your stack, with an ECP-inspired one of my own. Ryan's old modded Adcom GCD-750 driving the DSHA-1. Actually glad I got the standard amp, as the custom mods on the Adcom result in lower output. But the music is oh-so-SWEET!
