Over the past two days mine passed the airplane test. Seal was very good. The left fits slightly tighter than the right but both are very comfortable. Neither popped out when eating, yawning, etc. I also saw a bunch of fools on the plane with Bose noise canceling phones. Suckers.

I just realized my 1 year iPhone warranty ran on the 13th. So I called the 1-800-Apple Store to see if they would let me purchase it late and got denied. Anyone know or heard if I'll have better luck going into my local store? Or am I just screwed. After my out of warranty Macbook debacle I didn't think I would let this happen again

Shelly, I specifically asked Jorge at HR about leaving the Desktop Portable plugged in all the time and he told me that it was fine and could handle it. He never mentioned this increasing the number of times the battery would need to be replaced but I didn't ask either.
