thanks Bigir. i have a bunch of 50V 4.7uF Wimas in the parts bin with 5mm pitch. any issues going with a lower VDC rating? since we're looking at decoupling rails of 21V and compensation on the DC servo, 50VDC should be safe?

not yet. i'm contacting Richard on Mon. 27V/50VA i'm guessing will be around $50-60 + shipping. i'll let you know. no 4.7uF Wima from Mouser until mid Dec. may try to parallel 3.3uF and 1uF with the latter mounted perpendicular/flush underneath the pcb.

i'm trying to procure a P&G RF15, 4 channel, audio log taper. Royal Hydraulics in the US placed a price quote for me 3 weeks ago but they still haven't heard back from P&G. is this wait time typical? any idea of lead out time from when the order is placed?

nice. calculating TX VA, what's the safe max quiescent current bias and total current draw from each board/channel?

MOT over at HF is very inconsistent. i've noticed that NoNoNoNoNoNo sells for profit under the radar as well. out of full disclosure, i'm a MOT over there. i alerted Jacob of my MOT status before i made any further posts here. i only build 4-6 amps a year with very little profit, and in a couple of cases, FOC - it's a hobby. i also ask for permission from the designer to build their design at profit. if someone wanted a Dynalo, it would be dependent on KG's blessing. agree, the M3 was not designed to be SOTA and at a price point.

agreed, but i see unfounded slandering with a clear agenda. we can nit-pick design choices and measurements, but in the end it's SQ and safe engineering that counts. do you have a LF in your possession? if not, i haven't seen any public pics that would allow you to reverse engineer. maybe you have received some "special" pics privately?

really...for example??? as to their "inferior" design, do you have the schematics for the LF and LL?

the Benchmark DAC1 can strip paint off the walls, even while wearing a closed can like the K271. the O2 less so, but still sounds like robots copulating.
