  1. Looks like we are reaching the goal, there are only a few people left and I expect the list is fulfilled within a couple days. I'll finalize the quantity and make an order tomorrow. Production should take 14-15 working days. I'll try to update to status in the spreadsheet as things go on.
  2. No biggie I've just updated the spreadsheet. If I missed you, please let me know.
  3. I'm just spending my free summer time, the wine should be forwarded to Dr Gilmore.
  4. There's enough quantity for another small T2 run, so no problem with that. Payment instruction just added in the spreadsheet.
  5. Great I'll begin to take payment this weekend, so please do me a favor, finalize your order soon.
  6. The screws look great, gonna order some. What washer and nut did you use?
  7. Just got the quote from the factory. KGSSHV offboard $29.38 KGSSHV onboard $33.63 Extra KGSSGV PSU board $14.79 Dynahi $39.84 Dynafet $39.84 T2, I think I still have enough sets left on hands. Need to check that later. I add the prices to the revised list, please take a look at it to make sure the total is correct and let me know if you want to adjust anything. The quote is valid for 7 days.
  8. Looks great, Andy. Yours should be the first one up and running with the revised boards. Seems like the most straight-forward build among others (maybe except Dr. Gilmore's) so far
  9. Some nice and scary stuffs you fooled around with back in the past. Just want to give a heads-up that pcx is having a 20% off sale again until the end of this month. Would be a great chance to stock up some PRP and Mills resistors, teflon tube sockets, 6dj8 tubes (they have the great Siemens E88CC on sale too), maybe some caps, IXYS diodes, heatshrink + techflex sleeve for the umbilical cables... Would save you a little sum of cash.
  10. Revised, final list: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnqARwsQ1QV7dEZwTXJYRFNnVHNJdDRhNEZYTnpReEE&hl=en_US Please double-check if yours is correct. It's non-editable now so PM me if I happen to put in anything wrong in your line. After going through the list, 99% people opt for 2x PSU for the Dynas so I'll make it a default. Dyna set = 2x amp boards + 2x PSU boards. Only purk and tcpoint put in 1 PSU, not sure if that they wanted. Also, Currawong and purk, you guys haven't let me know which KGSSHV you want, so I just make it offboard. Let me know if you want something else. Gonna need some days to arrange everything and ask for the quote.
  11. navships is the normal suggested source for teflon wires. His stuffs are rated 600v.
  12. Happy Birthday, Birgir! Have a great one!
  13. CMC is the company that make those teflon tube sockets: http://www.cmc-audio...-sockets-c.html I just sent them an email asking about the pricing for those pins. Hopefully it'd be cheaper than buying from the guy on fleabay. Also, according to their FAQ, they can do OEM connectors. Not sure if they could make the Stax jacks though.
  14. I can't believe we are reaching 100 sets of KGSSHV... What a number! Since we have different kinds of boards, I'll try to call the PCB factory to talk about this. I'm hoping for a 'stable' price for each kind. Wouldn't be nice if the KGSSHV boards' price is low, but the Dynafet's is extremely high. If everything goes as my expectation, the boards should be in everybody's hands within 5 weeks from now. That's quite optimistic though. Shipping time may vary a lot. Somebody has to start begging Dr Gilmore to do a run for the teflon Stax jacks.... *run away*
  15. Ah. Somehow I also thought I misunderstood him (but still didn't think of the subforum...).
  16. Hmm, it's already right there, on the right of the title in the spreadsheet.
  17. I don't see any problem Just make a small note in the "on/off" column so that I can remember your quantity.
  18. Guys, good news for those who want the onboard heatsinks KGSSHV. I can offer that option now that Dr Gilmore has fixed the layout for the LSK389. So now you have 2 options, onboard or offboard heatsink for the amp section. I added a column next to quantity in the spreadsheet. Please mark it "on" or "off" according to your need. Of course changing the quantity would affect the final price.
  19. I still have some sets left from the last run. Was like $175 + shipping. Yup, I think you got it right. Let me see if I could arrange some on-board heatsink PCBs.
  20. AFAIK, all the boards are aimed for one of the hifi2000 chassis. Heatsink USA also has some decent choices and price is pretty reasonable. I can add that option if you'd like
