Shurado

While I was looking to buy some CDs, I had come across a post somewhere claiming that Japanese versions are mastered in a way that makes them better than other regions. Simply put, is this true?

Holy crap, I've seen some yellowed SNES but yours is by far the most yellow of all! I still have my SNES and it's still got its lavendar tint. The cartridges are starting to go wonky though. Especially my FF3. *sigh*

Take a look at this. I'd pay $20 with ship. I don't think I want to pay more than a third of what I paid for my SR60 but I sorely need one before the padding gets shredded from putting it in my backpack. If you know of something else, point me the way.

I believe the owner decided after episode one to open up a board of his own instead of staying in the newsgroup ASVS which sort of was an annoying place to post. The first two or three years were filled with ST v SW debates as well as plenty of stuff about the prequel trilogy so it was pretty active. Now, the debate is over, there's no more Star Trek, and no more SW movies, so the SW/ST/SWvST sections slowed to a crawl. If you plan on going there, you better wear a durable flame retardant suit just in case.

The first thing that came to mind for that thing is, "hammertime"!

Hi Monk. Yea, it was ridiculously stupid as well. I can't believe we actually argued about the price of a postage stamp, lol. Yes, it's never going to escape me and if you noticed my posts at SD.net, I never really debated there in the first place! Well then again, I don't think you did much either. Lovely dress, sweetheart. Since this seems to be the welcome thread, hello from an all around noob. I don't own an amplifier and my best phones is a SR60. I joined Head-fi a week or two ago but I found that place annoyingly full of "me too" and "I heard it was good" people and aerius pointed me here. If anyone notices the OT forum at Head-fi, I've been stirring up some feathers in a few of the threads (but I've been helpful as well) and it's been pretty fun. 909 knows of one of those threads and it's nice to see he's here. I've been reading up some stuff here however old they are and it's been pretty enlightening. I'll probably be in the DIY section the most as I want to build my own amplifiers and cables however much of a noob I am at it (as in I don't even have the tools). Well, I once did try to solder a radio together in high school but I don't think that counts.
