  1. It's a strange point we've come to when one of the most exciting features about a new console is having a level of freedom and control that every previous generation had taken for granted. These days, I wish I could say the same about the government.
  2. Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel (first-class historical novel, Tudor period), Mortality by Christopher Hitchens (essays written during his struggle with cancer), and How Music Works by David Byrne (which probably needs no explanation *here*).
  3. Figured I could do worse to introduce myself here than with a photo of another head-caser (Fitz).
