I'm using a plain old pair of New Balances. The last pair I had lasted at least 4 years, and survived countless bleach, ammonia and hot grease dropped on them from working in the food industry.

I really love the guitar tone in the blue album. Sometimes I still marvel that such a tone was played on pop radio. Especially In The Garage. Garbage is the only other band from that era to get that kind of guitar tone on the air.
