It works better if you ground it, so you'll need to run a wire from whatever you tape up to the sole of your foot, and then keep your feet planted on the ground.

Also, the tape would need to be continuously connected.

I would tape some around your wrist and tell people it's for your arthritis.

Thanks for the great suggestions guys! I'm thinking of purchasing a bunch of ers sheets, then making a body suit out of ers and copper tape. I imagine all rfi floating around is quite harmful to my health.
