There will be some downtime late Friday night into Saturday morning, probably starting around 11:30PM or so for roughly an hour. This is going to be mostly behind the scenes changes but there will be one visible change, the url structure for posts, threads, etc will change. So any bookmarked links to specific threads or posts will no longer work once the site comes back up. This is an unfortunate but necessary change for moving forward.

Let's just hope it's back up in time for live CanJam impressions on Saturday. I'll only have the touch with me but I'm sure others will have lappys with them. Hell, I almost bought an eeepc just for the trip but the wife would have killed me.

ok had some issues with getting the user-friendly url's working again so they are disabled for now.

i have the user-friendly url's working again now, note that they are using a different structure/format than the previous ones did.
