Temporary Replacement Speaker Amp

My McCormack needs some work so I expect to be without it for as long as a month. I was thinking about picking up one of these for $299: Emotiva Audio UPA-2 Two Channel Power Amplifier

Anyone have any experience with this model. I know there was a thread discussing another model. I figure, CJ will buy it from me when I'm done as I'm sure he will not have an amp in the next month.

would have been true if i were getting less efficient speakers but at 96db sensitivity i only need a few watts mike. a legendary speaker is in the making. :) for something that cheap im sure it does what is required. why not get that gainclone john woven has. he hinted that he wanted to get rid of it. would be cheaper in the long run and im sure it would do the job.

ps. why not use the t amp you got in your office?
