AMB and MisterX are working on the y2, an add-on board to the y1 that adds ASRC, WM8741/2 DAC to the y1)

This is very cool, thanks for taking it on, and I can't wait to hear it. All my favorite designs have been amb's lately.

The y2 site is now live, boards are imminent. The full build is pretty fracken impressive.

I wish I'd thought of getting one of these instead of the PCLinkII as a format converter as having it double as a DAC for travelling would have been handy.
