^^awesome...a lotta complaints about the system this year...it was run by a branch of ticketmaster...some people took their time filling out their info thinking they had tickets locked in...& that city/state button was just mindbogglingly stupid...was that a countermeasure against bots?...if so, it doesn't seem to have worked...lotta brokers/scalpers got tickets...$350 for 2 tickets on stubhub, $80 for 1 on craig's list...

New Albanian Elector Imperial Red Ale...they finally started bottling it...

that BB Ard Ri was a 9.2% ABV Imperial Red... now a bottle of Mad River Double Dread Imperial Red Ale...8.6% ABV....

so Upland has a seasonal Imperial Red called Ard Ri...was able to snag a bomber...then I heard about it being on tap at a couple out of the way places...but then a place by me announced they were tapping Bourbon Barrel Ard Ri...fucking yum... this & my stockpile of KBS pretty much make up for my package not showing... Happy Saint Patrick's Day everybody...

stuck at work...but I know I have at least six coming to me:)... expecting a package w/a beer I really wanted to drink tonight...but the tracking info still has it in california...blerg...

latest Tosh.0, the Trump Roast...then I dnloaded the Tron Legacy blu-ray & this six episode series called Whites that was recently canceled...there's a small campaign to get it back on the air so i figured i'd give it a shot...

Founders...they do a few stouts...the Breakfast Stout which is year round, the Imperial Stout which is seasonal, the Kentucky Breakfast Stout which is seasonal & very limited, then the Canadian Breakfast Stout which is extremely limited & only in kegs...

just a footnote...the Founders Canadian Breakfast I mentioned earlier was gone in 30 minutes!...I believe that's the 7th time I've knowingly/begrudgingly missed that beer...

feeling pretty shitty about the current state of beer affairs here...in addition to DFH pulling outta Indy, looks like Shelton Brothers (a distributor for Mikkeller, Jolly Pumpkin & many others) isn't paying their Indiana taxes...so no new stuff from them isn't coming in...it's probably Indiana in the wrong...buncha crazies running things here...sucks... ANYWAYS...had to order this online... Mikkeller Koppi Tomahawk x Guji Natural Coffee IPA.... I like it!...pleasant surprise...I'd drink it on the balcony if it weren't so windy...the hops have a stronger presence & bite than the coffee...after a few swigs, the coffee flies under the radar...i'm sort of wishing i could cleanse my palate between sips so as to experience the initial sensation again...

FFF Rabbid Rabbit...another one of their seasonals that i wish was year round...
