Who am I kidding? It's a ballsy move I was just trying to keep things in a positive spirit of taking risks. K1K is my favorite of all headphones, but I had to assume that wasn't the case with Ric.

Actually, its not that risky. You can always get a K1K down the road. They don't seem to be increasing in price much. And no one ever regrets JH purchases. So, its all win the way I see it.

John Bruce Yeh - Ebony Concerto HDCD

Buckethead - Monsters And Robots

Blues Traveler - Straight On Till Morning

Cat Tracks dmp

James Taylor - Hourglass

Bach - Goldberg Variations SACD

Stone Temple Pilots Just got this - Likin it

Art Tatum - Piano Starts Here

I haven't given up. Thanks for the Berg rec. I listened to the first movement on youtube and liked what I heard. Going to have to make a purchase.

Other than the guitar work, this pretty much sucks.

Guns N' Roses - Chinese Democracy

Hilary Hahn - Shoenberg/Sibelius Trying to like the Shoenberg concerto on this is like trying to hug a porcupine. I'm not getting it yet, but the Sibelius is awesome!

Heifetz - Double Concertos SACD

Ben Webster - Soulville and Leo Kottke - Greenhouse both vinyl

Fleetwood Mac - Rumors vinyl

Very nice!

That's a good deal on the VPI

^ Congrats on the purchase. I'd like to hear from anyone giving up their K-1000s for JH13s and how it worked out. There is something refreshing about the idea of selling headphone rigs for an IEM system that can fit in the palm of your hand (sort of). I would like to hear that its worth it. The baggage of full sized phone set up can be a pain.

Mozart - Piano Concerto 20 and 24 vinyl

That's what I was thinking after reading some impressions.

Joshua Redman - Compass Rush - Chronicles

^ That's a good one
