Actually got out of work on time for once and am ready for my three-day weekend. Picked up my new, old bike and took it for a little spin. Went to Panera Bread and ate some New England Clam Chowder in honor of my dad (it was his fav). Today would have been my folks 54th wedding anniversary. Mom is being stoic, but it has to be getting to her. I'm just glad she's on her way to indiana to be with her sisters for the weekend. i'm hoping for less rain, some nice bike rides, and good eats this weekend. I feel good.

Took a short ride on my bike, spent more time trying to align the garmin sensors than actually riding, got a new turbine up on my roof (the iron chef's hat) so I don't hear the non-stop clanging of the old one throughout my house every minute, vacuumed, and am now taking myself out for sushi dinner. Nice Sunday!

Time to bring this thread up to speed with new interests. New loves: Custom Gunnar Sport. Like it more each time i'm on it. Rapha Women's Shorts. Thank goodness I got two pair on their 50% off sale. I have Louis Garneau, Peal Izumi, and some other brand, but none are comfy after more than 20 miles. I love these. Lady Anti-Monkey Butt Powder. Better than the two chamois butters I tried and did not like (Chamnois Butt'r and DZ Nuts), though it makes a mess on the floor. Brooks B17 saddle. Love it. Also, still loving my HC Red Oxx Gator, and use it almost every day.
