  1. In honor of Deadwood being on sale. Utterly NSFW.
  2. Chris Zippel's studio in Ibiza, Spain. I spot a Roland TB-303, SH-101, TR-606, TR-808, TR-909, Nord Modular, a couple Yamaha synth, Nord Lead, Sherman Filterbank, and if I'm not mistaken a pair of AKG K1Ks.
  3. Deadwood: The Complete Series (2008) on sale for $60 @ AMZN.
  4. Rick Perry strong arms Ron Paul.
  5. YA RLY.
  6. Holy crap. S95 is in my hands. Fricken NewEgg with their insanely fast shipping. Fricken UPS guy with his stealthy truck (WTF?) and lack-of-door-knock. The box sat outside in the rain for God-knows-how-many hours today. It's been pouring here all week. Miraculously, the plastic bag they put it in kept the box completely dry. The battery is charging now. The camera itself is tiny. It's footprint is smaller than my Blackberry. I'm definitely going to need to get that third party rubber grip. Anyone have a link to that handy?
  7. You too can have one.
  8. WILL You know, I was on this plane once. And I'm sitting there and uh...the captain gets on, he does his whole, you know, we'll be cruisin' at 35,000 feet. But then he puts the mic down n forgets to turn it off. SEAN mm-hmm. WILL And so he turns to the co-pilot n he's like, "you know, all I could use right now is a fuckin' blow job and a cup of coffee." So the stewardess fuckin' goes bombin' up from the back of the plane to tell him that the microphone's still on. N this guy in the back of the plane is like, "Hey, hon, don't forget the coffee!" > SEAN You ever been on a plane? WILL No, but it's a fuckin' joke. It works better if I tell it in the first person.
  9. The best lenses have always been assembled by hand, largely or in part. It's true for Leica, Canon, Nikon and others.
  10. New P&S. Replacement batteries for my UPS. Alternately useable as diving weights.
  11. Got booked to do lights, take photos and DJ at the same event. Talk about spreading myself thin.
