I'm trying to find the Buff32. I thought this thread is about the Buffalo.

I just wonder if 1200-1300$ (balanced out, usb, optical in, parmetal case) is a fair price for a prebuilt Buff32? I'm painstakingly finding a builder and received some offers but still not sure if it's fine.

The outer knob has the cog so that it can fit the silver portion of the shaft easily. However the the rear knob doesn't have the cog, that's why it doesn't sit tightly on the shaft. I'm still not sure about the role of the screws. EDIT: Better pic:

Of course I did but the back knob just doesn't stay still. The front and fit tightly but the back doesn't.

Thanks spritzer What a great experience! I'll try to find out the way to open the amp, the power button looks scary, I fear to break it when opening. BTW, I can confirm that the 717 does outshine the 007t

I just take a look through the holes on the knob and it looks like there're still something in there. There's no light through the holes. So I just need a small screwdriver to screw that "something" to the volume?

Just take some pics: I was so mad when receiving the amp in this condition. Just send Yama and Kuboten to try to find the replacement screws

Yeah, that's what I though. The back knob looks like having holes for screwing but I by no way see them in the box Any idea on a replacement ones?

Just received my 717 and it's so funny that when I open the box, the volume knob falls out into two parts. I still can't find a way to put them back what should I do?

I've just got the SR001 today. Sounds pretty good but freakin' uncomfortable. My ears hurt like shit only after an hour listening I just wonder if there is an extension cable for this?

Looks like I'll be happy forever with the MK1 I haven't tried other amps for the MK1 but personally I don't think the 007t is that bad. It can push up the MK1 with great authority.

How about the bass? I feel the MK1's bass is quite adequate for my taste but in some songs, it's not really tight enough. And oh, the soundstage on the O1 is definitely wider, right?

I just wonder if the SR-Omega is easier to drive than O2? Anyone tried the SR-O with the 007t?

Which amp is he selling? The 007ta or 007t? If it's the 007t, I don't think that's a good price for the combo.

Hmm, if I only need the usb input, the SPDIF and optical are no need, right? I always use my laptop as a transporter so I never use those.

Any idea on how much would a pre-built with USB input Buff32s cost?
