How's the build of the actual transport (solid/flimsy/other)? I remember reading/seeing that MW did some dampening to the transport and maybe some other mods.

They're getting closer... just released an orange nano.

Would it be too much trouble to move the furniture? I personally like to sit facing the door instead of a wall... just my two cents.

I've been using my E500's for over a year with no problems... but I also don't hit the gym with them. I think it's definitely possible that they just aren't cut out for gym use.
