LA is a long way from VA!

Does this mean you are going to LA? IF so and you get to hear it, please post your thoughts/opinions.

Drew lives 30 minutes from me. I'm just what he needs on his doorstep before leaving for LA.

Malkin's 3 points help Penguins rout Carolina 6-2 it's all over except for the shouting. Ugh!

Sharp lifts Chicago in OT; Wings lead series 2-1 I'm still shaking my head after this one...blow a 3 goal lead by giving up 3 goals in 4 minutes, hold on for an entire period to force over time and then win it. Whew!

Pens take series lead, hold off Hurricanes 3-2 Fell asleep middle of 3rd period. I think the ice birds have too many weapons (Malkin & Crosby to name 2) for the Canes to take this series. Ward one on one against a single attacker is just a gimmie. He would be more effective just stepping out of the way.

2005 DT770's are the only full size closed back cans I own right now. The are fairly neutral sounding and provide maybe 10db isolation. They are keepers but I will definitely check out the Denon 2K. Headroom quit carrying the Dt770 for some reason (?)

One of the coolest album covers of all time. A musician friend of mine tried to turn me on to monk 25 years ago. At that time I didn't get it. Now I have them all. The Columbia reissues sound great. The wild thing about Monk is he recorded a bunch of his hits for Blue Note back in the late 40's and very few listeners got it. He kept playing and recording the same tunes for 20-30 years till folks got it. Now everyone in jazz plays Monk.
