Spaceship Earth is now down one science officer. I was never even close to being a trekkie, and I'm greatly saddened by this.

I had my 2011's GPU replaced once under AppleCare. It's gotten ...temperamental WRT its Thunderbolt port and ext monitors, which is one of the first warning signs of a failing GPU. I wonder if I'll need a second repair.
