Spent longer than I care to mention futzing with my new OWC dual drive enclosure. Battled with Mac OS's Disc Utility. Formatted 3 separate 2TB drives. Now xferring 640GB of FLACs over FW400, a process that's going to take hours. Good thing I had nothing else to do today other than sitting around being sick.

A.I.R. is my favorite musical discovery of last year. I've spent over half my life immersed in downtempo, and I missed them completely until I heard one of their songss on Groove Salad. The closing track of this album is a 17 minute epic, consisting mostly of acoustic guitar, piano, and a skittery distorted drum machine. It is gorgeous.

Wow, they turned the snark up to 11 on that one.
