  1. Could change MJF15031 for MJE15031? I bought more transistors and I have four MJF15030 (lot: SPB16 - HFE=175,178,182,184) and 4 MJE15031 (I'm not sure of the manufacturer, lot: MA0 5K - HFE=180,185,190,190). Can I combine these MJF and MJE in this amp? -- o -- Rodrigo
  2. Very good news for a fantastic job, I don't found the time to start with my amplifier and when I see a new KGSSHV is always an incentive to start this little adventure. Congratulations s_r -- o -- Rodrigo
  3. Many thanks for the info Birgir -- o -- Rodrigo
  4. Many thanks for this info, Is it possible that Krell had used transistors with these large differences of HFE? -- o -- Rodrigo
  5. I have the same problem MJF15030 (Lot: SPC05) HFE= 143 - 156 MJF15031 (Lot: SPB24) HFE= 246 - 257 -- o -- Rodrigo
  6. Good price, I'll take 50 if it's possible. -- o -- Rodrigo
  7. Fantastic job. Many thanks for this work to keep the design of this amplifier. -- o -- Rodrigo

  9. I've bought 14 transformers (at different times) to www.toroidy.pl and I am happy with their performance. Very good communication by email and good price / quality ratio, IMHO -- o -- Rodrigo

  13. Yes, it is clear, with a Vcbo and Vceo of "-" 900V the 2SA1968 is a PNP. The lack of free time and to do the things with hurry lead me to committing silly mistakes Sorry.
  14. I bought 10 units to Dalbani... When I put the selector of the DY294 in the PNP side, all measurements are correct (BVcbo, BVceo?? I'm not sure if I made a mistake with these measurements, but I think that these NPN are fakes -- o -- Rodrigo
  15. +1 I'm not sure if it's necessary but if you prefer a teflon standoffs, I can do some units for you, I have some teflon bars and a lathe. -- o -- Rodrigo
