May 20, 200818 yr me too. I've got the thrice-modded limited edition which is super swanky and plays so nice on my Touch.
May 20, 200818 yr My Angel/Buffy DVD collection used to be half full (well, 7/12 full), but now it's full-full. I also have the low-profile version.
May 20, 200818 yr I've only seen about an episode each of Buffy and Angel (mostly because SMG generally drives me nuts), but I've been considering giving both a shot again for the past couple years. I'm a Browncoat (big Firefly fan), so I suppose I should give some of Whedon's other works a shot.
May 20, 200818 yr I thought the inclusion of Dawn was very awkward and that was definitely one of the low points of the show, but the end of season 5 and beginning of 6 was ... I actually say one of the best moments of the show. I thought those few episodes were amazing.
May 20, 200818 yr Author I've got the thrice-modded limited edition which is super swanky and plays so nice on my Touch. Damnit, that reminds me I've got to get 3-5 up. We just finished watching Angel last night. It's too bad it was canceled because the last 1/2 of season 5 was pretty good, rushed, but good.
May 20, 200818 yr Author Yep, even when Fred dies and is replaced by the old god, and Angel infiltrates the Black Thorn group, I mean, there a whole seasons worth of story right there. Iilyria becoming "more human" and the potential love story between her and Wesley. Then the whole Black Thorn angle could be stretched out a whole bunch.
May 26, 200917 yr Buffy reboot without Whedon -- this could be interesting. IMHO, it'll fail because of the strength of the fanbase, but disregarding Whedon's brilliant vision, I wouldn't mind seeing a darker version of the original movie.
May 26, 200917 yr I disagree, been loving: Bond, Star Trek, Batman reboots...of course, it's about time they slipped up, so this could suck, too.
