Some women like it shaved

Featured Replies

You sick dirty bastards, get your minds out of the gutter!

It's breached the 80?f mark here in the San Franpsycho area and that means it's time to shave my head for the summer ;D I may keep it that way for a while longer this time because its so easy!

Anyone else go shaved for the summer or all year round?

I'm actually growing my hair out again after keeping it shaved/closely cropped for the past couple of years, so that I don't look like some weird Asian monk at my best friend's wedding in July.

After the wedding, I may start shaving/closely cropping it again.

I was growing my hair long in 1992 I think it was. It ended up not growing out well because it had been thinned so there was some long some quite short so I decided to shave it off and start over on growing it out. It's been pretty much shaved ever since, anytime I try to grow it out it gets to a certain length (about an inch) and it drives me absolutely insane so I shave it off again.

True story.

When my father passed away about 5.5 years ago, I had to make his house presentable for sale.

One of the furnaces in the house did not have the pilot lit. So i lit it, and there was evidently

gas in the unit which i could not smell, and the rush of the flame burned most of the hair

off the top of my head. Similar to the bugs bunny cartoons. So i shaved it all off otherwise

i would have looked even more stupid. Took months for it to grow back.

My hair grows so ridiculously fast to the point where I just can't stand it. I have to get haircuts like every 2-3 weeks, so I always cut it super short. I end up looking like a monk though...so these days I've cut it just a bit longer to make up for that. But that just means that I have to get it cut more often...

:o

It probably wasn't very funny at the time but it made me laugh! I don't know what you look like but picturing someone with their hair on fire is tragically humorous!

I have to lose a few pounds to look decent with a shaved head but the wife and I are going to start mountain biking this weekend so hopefully that will help!
