IIRC, its 60 sets/country and the McIntosh CMO told me first hand said that the 60 have already been claimed for the US.

I'd take a pass on KT88s wired in push pull for $15K, you can do much better for far less. That said they are pretty and are nice as statement pieces I guess. If I were to go gusto I'd take a well done horn based system and 2a3, 45 or 300b monos.

I'm pretty sure that goes to the other end of the spectrum as too much amp for my K1000.
