  3. Turned in my acceptance letter. Ran into a problem -- couldn't get my Epson scanner working on linux. Which is bad, because one of the reasons he hired me was to administrate linux boxes. Oh well, I'll figure it out.

    Oh, SNAP. Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is 75% off ($10) on a Steam flash sale. The premise of this game is that you're a paunchy, ill-tempered photographer who kills zombies in interesing ways and gets extra points for photographing them. Oddly, I find this premise very appealing.

  6. One advantage of working at home all day on Saturday when nobody else is here: All Impulse! vinyl! All day! The one concession to working was that I had to do only 33 RPM editions because the 45s require too much time to turn them over all the time.
