  1. Work up at 4, passed a PT test at 5, went to work, essentially got ordered by my Lt Col to take 2 comp days for working the past two weekends, still worked a 10+ hour day, came home to a 6-day weekend and cold beer. I'd say it's a good day.

  8. drove the road to hana, this time using an ios tour app to tell me where to stop and what side trips to take. http://www.flickr.com/photos/grawk/sets/72157634293591390/ Was a good, tho long, drive.
  9. Nice, about Terry Francona. As good as he is as a manager, he's also an outstanding color commentator. I've always had the sense that he's a "good vibes" kind of guy, and that he's kept a healthy perspective. Far too many people in his postion get all caught up in how important they've become.
  10. Nice, John. He was certainly a class act when he was here in Boston.
  11. Tito rules, John. Loved him when with the Red Sox, and he got a standing O on first trip to Fenway with the Indians this year.
  12. I couldn't have said it better myself Steve. Except Vettel getting a DNF just made me smile sooo big.
  13. Great, glad to hear it all worked out! Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
