I suspect he's dying. Probably only has 2-3 months to live. The chairman position is most likely a PR move. They've also moved up his autobiography release... so take that for what you will.

Had to take my Brother-In-Law for a colonoscopy. Everything went well, no problems and the doc said everything was fine. He sounds a little squishy when he sets down for the moment. At least we drove his car...
