I tried to spend some money too, but just didn't find anything I really wanted. I think I'll use my Daber M3 speakers (having a 3rd one built) and build my own surround speakers. Eventually would like to go with Emotiva processor and amp too. Good to see you back on!

Not yet, but I really do like it with the K1000! I'll hook it up to the new speakers this week and report back.

Unpacked and set up my new speakers. They look even better than the pics! The finish is glass smooth too. Even better, they sound incredible! The Daber M3 will be relegated to HT use, because these are magic. Very liquid, incredible soundstaging and imaging. Even better than my old Paradigm Reference Active 20. It's early yet, but these may just be the best speaker I've owned to date.

Now this is surprising to say the least. I never met a girl who didn't like a little tongue in her taco now and then!
