yeah but they looked good so. i think a good way to judge a classical album is by its cover. if the conductor looks smart on the cover its probably good music. also if it was in the 50s and 60s its good.

best way I've found to pinpoint a certain CD on amazon is to glean the conductor OR performer from the album cover (whoever the star is), then do a search with the conductor or performer + composer, then scan the album covers that pop up.

you kind of have to constantly monitor and participate in the "what are you listening to" thread. its really hard to just browse it trying to find recommendations.

That happened to me with NYPD Blue a couple weeks back! All of Season 3 was queued up and available "now" but they skipped right over all of it and sent me 7th disc in my queue.
