  1. Happy Birthday Todd!
  2. Both problems stemmed from the fact that Apple has not updated the bootcamp driver package to support Windows 10 yet. So I ended up wiping Windows 10, installing Windows 8.1, which is supported by bootcamp, and then immediately upgrading to Windows 10. Now I have a better video driver and right-click is working. So a little extra time spent but a working system. And Win 10 seems to really like the MBP hardware as it's very quick and responsive.
  3. Couldn't agree more on Seb, Mikey. He seemed like just another German cold fish before Ferrari. Somehow, this seems to be home for him, and his emotion, win or lose, reflects it. I still don't think they have the car to beat the Mercedes consistently, but this year there will be certain tracks and even certain races where I think the Italians will shine. And that keeps it from being a boring lopsided season. And people will keep crashing into other people. So cool.
  4. Did a bootcamp install on my rMBP tonight. I need to sort some things as right now things are very tiny due to a default Windows video driver and I have no right-click ability. But I need to know it for work so this will be the easiest way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Happy Birthday Antonio! I'll toast you in a bit with a Gin & Tonic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Doesn't seem to be any soup in there at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. So sorry Steve. I agree with Wayne, I think in the end you'll be happy with Buggy's resting place. You'll always remember it was her favorite spot.
  8. Another vote for the SB6141 and Netgear Nighthawk (R7000). We've been using this combo for a couple of years and it is rock solid and fast. No complaints.
  9. This may be the best thread ever. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. According to the Hitchhiker's Guide, this can be done: Hotblack Desiato is a humanoid and front man for the band Disaster Area. He was incredibly rich, occasionally buying star systems, and once spent a year dead for tax reasons. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Final version. Full disclosure, the clams were wrong for the dish. I wanted mussels but the market did not have any. This was shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. Again, we wanted Spanish chorizo but sucky Midwest markets. And socarrat development was not there this time. Still, we enjoyed the shit out of cooking and eating it. And we will make more. 12. Paella on the grill. Antonio, please don't laugh at our Illinois version of this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Debbie's take on chicken piccata, with white wine, quartered artichoke hearts and capers. The green beans were less than flavorful however. Not her fault, it was crappy supermarket stuff. We'll get local soon. But hey, they look good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Do you ship to Illinois?
  15. Just got notified of a bump in speed from Comcast. Previously was getting about 50 down. They told us the bump was to 75 down but it appears it is even better.
  16. It was. I ate 14 raw, 7 BBQ and 7 Choriso. It was a good day.
  17. Mussels in a tomato, smoked butter and FFF Gumballhead broth. With garlic, fennel sausage and grilled bread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Right on my friend. Love you. And yes, I did give Debbie the hug you sent. She sends her love as well.
  19. And with most of the plants and furniture back in place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  21. Stained the deck. There were finally enough days to come with no rain that we could do it. The railings? Those will be done another day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Happy Birthday Gregg!!
  23. Damn! Glad you recognized it and got treatment Chris. There are no exits from the Chicago crew allowed. ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I use TunnelBear on both my laptop and phone. $5 a month if I remember correctly. I've not VPN'd to the US but it works well for the UK etc.
