It can't be emphasized enough that good impressions from a competent audiologist is essential to the full benefit, otherwise you are leaving yourself open to the Goldilocks phenomenon.

Well a Five Guys burger joint is about to open in town here and I am spending less and less time on the bike lately so the truth may not be far from the "spirit". Oh, and this was actually yesterday's post, I just keyed in the wrong date on the Delorean dashboard.

Tour de France 2010
I hope and expect Lance to give Contador a run for his money throughout the Tour and yeah, and that was a pretty cheesy move of the WSJ. They are out of their element trying to "report" on sports events so I guess they just through stuff against the wall to see what sticks.

Three Droids, three Droid cases, a Droid car charger and a partridge in a pear tree. When am I going to learn that "let's go shopping" dosn't mean what I think it means.

Who knew? You seem to be very disciplined to me, good luck and make sure they are in a very safe place. One of our friends a few years ago had hundreds of silver and gold coins she and her husband had collected over the years as well as a huge vinyl collection. She lost everything in the Malibu fires and escaped with just the clothes on her back. Jim, on the MM.

Picked up Mary and Emily from their week-a-way camp at 1am, slept for four hours then road for 29 miles-felt like 70, shoulda been 35 at least. Oh well, everyone is home safe and sound and the BBQing begins in four and one half hours. Mike Vickie and John you guys look like you are having fun, keep it up!

Well I think I can tell from experience Sushi does not mate with the Marin Mount Tam Ale.

Thanks Al, I have good beer tutors. The Allagash Curiex is aged in Bourbon casks which should make for an interesting presentation, and the good thing about it is that you can lay it down in your cellar for up to six years to accentuate it's character, whatever that is. Buying booze and laying it down for a few years is my MO so this may get to be fun. Bummer about Shelly's Sierra Nevada Harvest, I hope the one I just bought strikes my fancy, if not I will chuck it at one of the local rattlers.

Happy birthday to Augsburger!
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I plan to knock off work early today and spend the afternoon BBQing with my two boys, slow roast BBQ FTW! Mary and Emily are spending the week at a service camp helping out with a food kitchen, fixing up painting and repairing homes for the elderly, so as far as I am concerned having my family helping others is the best BD gift I could ask for. Cheers to all you fine folks!
