I like how melting ice caps fall under political banner. I believe that george bush won his second election swaying the ice caps to vote for him. Now that they're melting I don't think they'll such a strong presence so perhaps we'll get a democrat in office next election.

I'd like to know too. I also was relieved when I finally was banned from there. I like headphones and music and that was, at the time, the only place I knew of to read about gear in relation to music. Then in a google search for the terms banned and head-fi I can across this place and I've been broke ever since; but from buying music and not gear which isn't stressed enough over on head-fi. You should check the stickied "what are you listing to right now" thread in the music section. There is a ton of great music that you may not have heard. I never used the same thread a head-fi because I always felt like I had to weed through so much mud to get to the truffles. Alrighty, my long winded ramble is starting to get mean spirited so I'll just cut myself off here and just say "welcome".

I watched the movie "come and see". It is a most intense and surreal movie about the german occupation of russia durring WWII. I recommend it to anybody that likes avant-garde cinema.

But if a molesting step uncle shuffles your cards early enough that person may not be able to place your trust in somebody that is actually trustworthy until you're had a bunch of kids that the abuse has already been passed down to. That's the part of abuse that sucks. By the time you're gathered enough consequences to where you're willing to accept the responability to change you've more than likely already have passed on the abuse to your children. I'm so glad I got a vasectomy before I ever had children. Speaking of not wanting to accept help. Around town there is some tagger who is tagging "hell awaits". About a year ago I started changing the last "L" in hell to a "P" so it would read "help awaits". a couple of months ago somebody started writing "fuck you" underneath my modification. That really cracked me up.

I believe addiction in this case means a continued behavior in the face of mounting consequences. It the consequences that define addiction. Net addicts don't have very many consequences but sex addicts have financial, legal and relationship consequences and an addict will continue with that behavior.

It's for the same reason that a lot of anime is creepy. It's of "eating disorder" skinny women luridly posed. The idea of somebody jacking off to a drawing is weird.

I've never encountered that problem with firefox but it's good to know if that ever happens.

yeah that's what i figured. I might just give old ebay a try however I really don't think there's a market for last years sports title. I might be able to get a few dollars but not the 39.99 it still retails for.
