I have a pocket PC and things are okay. I frequently don't answer my phone, and won't empty the vm box of messages I haven't listened to, but I do like being able to check email, and whatnot on my phone, since there's no more internet at work (one bad apple).

Jonas, your question isn't "wrong," except that it's pretty clear you've not spent time reading this forum before posting. Okay, well, that's wrong. You also probably should have asked your question before ordering the headphones. I'm not sure anyone here would have an answer for you, but you never know, and we probably would have tried to be helpful. As it stands, you've revealed two stupid moves in one post, and it's your first. Not good. You probably should offer to buy us all new iems or a nice selection of tasty pastries and/or booze to make up for it. Welcome to head-case.

I try not to use the microwave for anything, but when at work, it makes things easier for a fast breakfast. I'm lucky that I also have a full kitchen there, and I get to cook for myself and co-workers if I'm working a long shift(s) and things aren't too crazy. Usually, we make a grocery list and one of us heads out to shop, I or the other vegan cook up a full meal (he used to be a chef...yum), and the rest eat up and clean. It's nice. There's only one co-worker who won't join in. She said she's afraid of our food and will only eat fast, junky stuff, even if she's 100+ pounds overweight.

I'm eating McCann's steel cut oatmeal right now, but added some almonds, pumpkin seeds and blueberries. They also make a fast-cooking oatmeal I take to work. It's still just one minute in the microwave, but is tastier than Quaker. Sorry about your tummy. Hope it feels better
