Mint Julep 3 US fluid ounces (89 ml; 3.1 imp fl oz) Bourbon whiskey 4 to 6 sprigs mint leaves granulated sugar, to taste Preparation Put mint, sugar, and a small amount of bourbon into the bottom of a mixing glass. Gently muddle the mint and sugar, then let stand for a bit to allow the muddled leaves to release their flavor. Strain and pour into a julep cup (or similar vessel), rotating to coat the sides. Fill with ice, then add the rest of the bourbon whiskey. Garnish with a lightly slapped small mint sprig.

  3. Bobby Burns (Savoy) 1/2 Italian Vermouth 1/2 Scotch Whisky 3 Dashes Benedictine Stir well and strain into cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon peel on top. Absolutely amazing drink! Killed the Asyla, I really enjoyed it. Torino is amazing! Mikey, what would you recommend I pick up next for a Scotch? Something nice, say less than $125? Note it might be occasionally polluted in cocktails :)

  11. I think I nailed this one. The Kuchan strikes again, it's very highly recommended Al, if you are ever at K&L.. This one is: 9/4 oz Smith and Cross 3/4 oz lime juice 3/4 oz Kuchan O'Henry Peach Brandy 3/4 oz Shrubb One more bottle down!

  17. First, there is a difference between static dissipative and anti-static. Second, yeah that would work (depending on the above), but the point here is space savings I'd presume.

  22. According to the bottle, it's: 3/10 White Mint 7/10 Cognac Does your bottle have another receipe?
