It was rainy today so I worked inside on stuff. Installed a fair portion of quater-round or whatever its called. Went from looking like this unpainted, to this: seemed to meet the approval of buster, which is more than can be said about the saw. The kitchen will have to wait until I get my fed tax return (like everything else) Not sure how Im going to handle that little threshold area, so the pieces are a quick fix for that area until I decide what to do. I'm not known for long bouts of activity, so I'm going to lay down and die for a while tonight.

Is the biggest imac 'safe' to get, or is that due for a refresh? Hypothetically speaking of course....

i cant really help with the 'contemporary' thing, but i bet we can find some older jazz with similar bass you'd like. Do you have this? Its a good listen. Chuck Israels is bass on it according to the review, I dont have the insert in front of me so I cant confirm. Its a kind of similar swagger. Less projection and range though. There's only one Ray Brown.

Congrats! I am taking off the week, and finally starting to fix up the house a bit. Ripped out about 75% of the dilapidated wood fence in the backyard, leaving behind perfectly fine chain-link fence. Started a war against the bamboo thats annexing the back fence line as well, and a limited skirmish with the bee population, going through 1.5 bottles of bee spray. Pretty sure I will be tapping the services of Roundup tomorrow. There will be blood. Or dead plants at least.
