  1. Rock in Peace Levon.
  2. Weird. Mine came out CUNT
  3. 6 x Aged in Elijah Craig® 12 Year Barrels 2 x Aged in Evan Williams® Single Barrels 6 x Aged in Rittenhouse® Rye Barrels 6 x Aged in Old Fitzgerald® Bourbon Barrels Thanks to JP for the reminder, but 2 were sold out, then i could have had 5 EW but there was some address issue, so by the time I could lock in there were only 2 left! I can get them from City Beer eventually, but it is good to have futures as the base.
  4. Nice salsa Nate! Love the green stuff. Good job powering through metric-style Chris.
  5. I bet there are at least 5 of the 307s. I think there are only two AD1s (mine and Dan C's), but I am not sure about that either.
  6. Good luck Peter! I hope you get in on the deal for helping the launch.
  7. Nope, I want some joy that you have that I cannot get locally.
  8. Oh lord, luckily I have a box of joy heading your way today to get you through this tough time.
  9. Awesome Vicki! That is a nice accomplishment. And 18 miles is 18 more than me, Mike...
  10. Happy Tannoy Day Mike! Cheers!
  11. Best of a bad situation, Ken. I hope you guys can sell that house and really move on, but the market is still the shits.
  12. It was a good setup episode, but it needed more sex and violence.
  13. Not one comment yet after the second season opener?! It wasn't terribly exciting in and of itself, but I'm very happy to have the season under way.
  14. Sounds like a very civilized meet! Glad you all had some fun and tasty pasta. Makes me want to fire up the T2!
  15. The old fashioned / tumbler is the traditional glassware used. Specifically, you build the drink in one old fashioned glass and then strain into a second old fashioned glass washed with absinthe. Yum. I want one now.
  16. Second birthday Doug of the week! Hope you're having a great one Doug S. Cheers!
  17. Toasting your achievement right now! Scrolled up and want that dark chocolate cake NOW!
  18. An oldie but a goodie. You, that is, Douglas! Have a great one, Squire. Cheers! <-----BrewDoug Beer! Actually toasting you with a Negroni a la Doug with lovely Scottish gin, and a squished Tunnock's Snowball that was left over from the horde of British sweet treats. My stomach is already doing flips!
  19. This is sad news. We watched him every year at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, which also lost its founder and funder this year. I hope Earl and Lester and Warren are pickin' and grinnin' together right now.
  20. Not sure if I am too late, Raffy, but the 2011 HH is better than 2010, and the EC18 would be the first choice for me, then 4 Roses then brandy or grand cru--can't recall the difference atm.
  21. I forgot about that, Scott. I actually wrote them a question about it because of the advance sale saying 20 yo and the box or City Beer or somebody said that the whiskey was actually the EC 18 yo. The white wax one is extremely good, whatever was in the cask before the Eclipse.
  22. They did EC 18 two better and made a 20yr, which is probably the standout for me without looking back at notes. 2011 Elijah Craig 12 year Barrel = Purple Four Roses Single Barrel = Red Rittenhouse Rye Barrel = Green Elijah Craig 20 year Barrel = White Brandy Barrel Blend = Burgandy Buffalo Trace Barrel Blend = Yellow Brewmaster’s Grand Cru Blend = Copper I received some shipments this year and can do the same. Hopefully I can look at the futures link before it's past!
  23. Awesome collection of DOTU images in this thread! And I want that cake, btw.
