Tried some new techniques for the dough and for cooking the pizza and happily gobbled up the results. Red sauce, mozzarella and parmesan, guanciale, corn and leeks.

I've seen this a couple of times on a friend's FB page and I always giggle.

Glad you posted that Jimmy. I've read all of the Dept Q novels by Jussi Adler-Olsen, which are set in Denmark, but it seems they kept the characters and themes the same. Gonna check it out.

I don't really remember the details of the show, but I took a girl to see her favorite band REO Speedwagon in late 1979 even though I wouldn't have been caught dead there otherwise. I do recall it was a good show, and I also recall I didn't get even a proper kiss for my efforts.

Memorial Day BBQ with Claire's sibs and families. My offerings were tempura batter fried zucchinis with an amazing tonnato dipping sauce from Pasta Supply Co. and a couple racks of smoked and grilled baby back ribs. Forgot to take a pic after cutting them up.

I was channeling Landsdown Street outside of Fenway, which was the best spot for sausages before seeing the Sox.

Yeah HS, it's BBQ oysters at the Marshall Store on Tomales Bay. The HC crew has gorged there together on occasion.
