May 31, 20215 yr For those of us in the U.S., today is reserved to commemorate the fallen, those who have put themselves in harms way and paid the ultimate price. Spring is usually a time of celebration, and with things slowly turning back to normal, spirits are high, and I don't wish to take away from that. But take a moment, and remember someone or multiple someones, and remember them well. Celebrate the good things about them. I have multiple extended family members who are or were in the military, but the one I was closest to and miss the most is Greg, a splendid specimen of a motherfucker. To Greg! (I will raise a glass and have a drink to him later, as it is way too fucking early in the morning to start drinking.)
