Most anticipated crappy games 2008

Featured Replies

Saw a video on gametrailers today about the most anticipated games and I just realized that this year is going to be awesome. I know lots of people called last year great, but none of the games really appealed to me. And I don't have or plan on buying an Xbox 360.

But this year:

Metal Gear 4, GT 4, Final Fantasy 13, Street Fighter 4, Fallout 3 and Starcraft 2. I've spent most of my gaming youth playing their predecessors. Maybe not so innovative but 2008 is going to be great.

grawk ftw!

anyways, i've been waiting for Gran Turismo 5 for the longest time, I'm extremely excited for it.

GT4 yeeeeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh!!!

by GT4 are we talking Gran Theft Auto 4? As in GTA4?

No, that'd be Gran Turismo 4.

I keed, I keed, although isn't there supposed to be a new version of that this year?

yah gran turismo 5, was supposed to be gran turismo HD, but that got cancelled.

Whoops yeah gta4.

GTA4 and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Two biggest games for me. Especially MGS4

/MGS fanboy :prettyprincess:

MGS3 is one of my favorite games. And my favorite ending in a video game.

haven't had a chance to play it sadly...but i have it here with me, been too busy with the ps3 games to play it. better get to it before mgs4 comes out. i loved mgs2, although the ending was a bit disappointing.

That's too bad that you felt that way about the ending. It's one of my favorite endings of a video game besides the ending of earthbound.

I liked the MGS2 ending as well; but I didn't read into it too much. And it seems MGS4 should give us more of a run down on the Patriots. MGS3 explained it pretty well too.

Just saw a new Force Unleashed gameplay video, playing the bad jedi should be so much fun.

Super Smash Bros Brawl anyone?

Yep. I was very annoyed when the release was delayed. Couple more weeks, couple more weeks.

I never got into the smash brothers games and now I fear that if I pick it up and play it online then I'll just get owned until I get frustrated and quit.

Super Smash Bros Brawl anyone?

Well, the game is finally coming out tomorrow (at least in US). Anyone here getting one?
