So, there's a DVD:

[ame=http://www.amazon.com/Horribles-Sing-Along-Blog-Amazon-com-Exclusive/dp/B001M5UDGS]Amazon.com: Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog (Amazon.com Exclusive): Neil Patrick Harris, Nathan Fillion, Felicia Day, Simon Helberg, Joss Whedon, David Burns, Michael Boretz, Maurissa Tancharoen, Jed Whedon, Zack Whedon: Movies & TV[/ame]

...and it includes a musical commentary, amongst other things.

The whole thing is also up on hulu, should you wish to view it for free as one piece.

If, by "whole thing", you mean the entire "Dr. Horrible", then yes, but no commentary, behind-the-scenes, etc.
I'm just excited that it's now less than 2 months to the premier of Dollhouse.

Same here. Hopefully, it'll do well enough to get out of its horrendous Friday night slot.
