October 4, 200817 yr Author So I've been trying the 580s for about a week now and they're pretty awesome. Still dont have a decent amp yet so I think I'll put off judgment until I can power these correctly

October 7, 200817 yr So the RS-1 that I've had for a couple of weeks are definitely the best John Grado headphones in my experience. This is with flat pads. But they still aren't as resolving as the Koss ESP/950 and not even close to the SR-007 mk1.
