Chekhonte
I've made sure all of my cart is correctly connected but I'm not getting any music through the right channel and there is a loud buzzing hum that sounds like perhaps it's not properly grounded or something. Can anybody help me figure out how to fix this problem?
luvdunhill
maybe a bit more detail would be helpful. Do you have the ground wire from the tonearm attached?
Chekhonte
I'm a total darsh, I figured it out. There was a loose pin connector that would slipped off just enough to look connected but wasn't. go figure.

postjack
to fix the hum, I suggest you upgrade to a nottingham hyperspace, like the one mike is selling.

swt61
So how does it sound?
Chekhonte
It sounds pretty good. I have the lowest of the low budget grado carts in it now but it sounds better than my old turntable. I plan on upgrading the tonearm and soldering in some descent cables in the near future too.
